How do I cancel my Maika+ subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
- iPhone/iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Maika → Cancel Subscription
- Android: Google Play → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Maika → Cancel
How do I delete my data without deleting my account?
You can erase your tracked data while keeping your account. Open Maika → Profile tab → tap "Reset Cycle Data". This permanently deletes all your cycle logs, period data, and AI chat history immediately, while your account stays active so you can keep using the app.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open Maika → Profile tab → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete Account". This permanently deletes your account and all health data immediately.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and follow the instructions sent to your email.
My cycle prediction seems wrong. What should I do?
Cycle predictions improve over time as you log more data. Make sure your period start and end dates are logged accurately each month. After 3+ cycles, predictions become significantly more accurate. If something seems consistently wrong, email us and we'll help.
The AI chat isn't working. What's wrong?
The AI chat feature requires an active Maika+ subscription. If you have Maika+, check your internet connection and try again. If the issue persists, email us with your account email address.
